There comes a moment in the life of every person who takes themselves seriously when they start thinking about what truly lasts. As Vladimir Tarasov once said: set goals so big that you will not live to see them fully achieved. Passing knowledge from one generation to the next is exactly that kind of goal.

How the Nasledniki Children Leadership Project Was Born

For me, this goal took shape in the Nasledniki project. We built Nasledniki — a children’s leadership and personnel development center — and for the second year in a row we are holding the Nasledniki Festival. Building and launching digital products is one thing, but putting together a festival — for children, no less, and with a small team — is a challenge of a completely different order.
